We are strengthening our Duell Customer Service team and looking for a new professional. Duell Group is the leading distribution entity for all kind of powersports, marine and ATV/UTV products in Scandinavia, and gaining more markets in Europe. You would be located at our HQ in Mustasaari, where we serve the entire Duell group's customers from the Nordic countries to Europe. The position is full-time and permanent.

As Customer Service Professional you would serve our international customers in Finnish, Swedish and English. In this position, every day would be different with your various tasks in our customer service process from operating the switchboard to being part of development projects. The role will be modified according to your experience and interests. You would have the support of the Customer Service team in your work.

Main tasks:
- Competent and professional first point contact to our Duell customers via multiple channels
- Coordinating customer enquiries to second level customer support
- Receiving & handling customer orders & requests
- Answering questions related to delivery times, product availability & prices
- Supporting office related tasks

An ideal candidate:
- Has previous working experience in customer service centre
- Has previous experience in order handling is seen as advantage
- Has ability to use different IT tools & systems supporting our sales & customer service processes
- Has fluent skills in Swedish, Finnish and English
- Has positive, proactive way of working and customer service mindset
