Your role in this position is to develop Skincity's social media presence in Finland and localize multimedia content and campaigns to the growing Finnish market. You will work closely with your colleagues in Sweden, Norway and UK to implement the social media- and campaign calendar on the Finnish market. This is a functional and hands-on role where you both create and adapt Instagram, newsletter- and campaign material to fit the Finnish market in-line with the Skincity concept and tone of voice.

Another important role is to manage the influencer collaborations through boksi.com platform. You create tempting skin care related campaigns into the boksi.com platform in order for influencers to apply to collaborate with Skincity. You are familiar with the Finnish media landscape and can easily spot and vision suitable partners for Skincity in Finland.

Some of your daily tasks will consist of

post and create daily content to Skincity Suomi Instagram account (stories, feed, video, etc)
initiate and manage social media activities (collaborations, contests, etc)
prepare and activate Skincity newsletter (2-4 times weekly)
set up campaigns and manage the boksi.com influencer platform working tool
translate/localize texts from Swedish/English into Finnish


To be a perfect fit for this position we believe that...

...you should have a passion for skincare and written communication! You love writing and inspire others with your spot-on texts and content. Your excellent communication and language skills enables you to easily create inspiring messaging into Finnish, from Swedish or English, instead of just translating text. Your experience and knowledge about skin care supports both product text translations as well as skin care related content.


Key requirements are

skin therapist education (kosmetologi/estenomi) and work experience within the beauty industry
preferably additional education within sales/marketing OR work experience within marketing/sales/communication
understanding of the Finnish consumer-/skin care market
experience in content creation and online sales
fluency in English and Finnish (written and spoken). Swedish is a definite plus.

Any previous experience in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Facebook Business Manager, social media advertising or photo shop will be considered as beneficial

As Skincity.com is an online retailer, we require you to be confident in the digital environment. You are used to working with several/different IT-systems at the same time and have the ability to learn fast and feel comfortable in switching between systems.

On a personal level you need to be a fast paced, proactive team player with a problem solving mindset and can-do attitude.
